This Privacy Policy explains how Camis SaaS, operated by Camila de Caldas Pereira Bona ("we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit camissaas2002.online, our sales pages and our web applications, or purchase our digital products. Personal notes and journal entries you write inside our apps are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
3. How we use data and legal bases
- To deliver your purchase — release your access, send access links and receipts, provide support (performance of a contract).
- To process payments and refunds and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting records (legal obligation).

Under the LGPD, GDPR and similar laws you may: confirm whether we process your data; access it; correct it; request anonymization, blocking or deletion; data portability; information about sharing; withdraw consent; and object to processing.
