Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website camissaas2002.online, its sub-pages and sales pages, and all digital products, web applications and content sold under the brand Camis SaaS ("we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our website, placing an order or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.

1. Who we are

2. Our products

We create, publish and sell digital products only: interactive web applications, guided programs and challenges, audio libraries, calculators, planners and digital guides, in the fields of faith and spirituality, numerology and self-knowledge, sound and meditation, home fitness, nutrition and daily habits. No physical goods are shipped. Each product's sales page describes what is included, the price, the currency and, where applicable, the billing frequency, before you complete the purchase.

Our products are offered for informational, educational, inspirational and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, psychological, financial, legal or religious counseling. Fitness and nutrition content is general in nature — consult a health professional before starting any exercise or diet program. We make no guarantee of specific personal, health, spiritual or financial results; outcomes depend on each person.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown on each sales page and at checkout, in the currency displayed (for example EUR, USD or BRL). Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is approved. You receive a receipt and access instructions at the e-mail address provided at checkout.
• The charge appears on your card statement under a descriptor identifying Camis SaaS or the product name.
• Optional additional offers (add-on modules) are only added to your order if you actively select or accept them; each one shows its own price before you confirm.

5. Recurring billing

Our products are one-time purchases. If an offer is ever sold as a subscription, the sales page and checkout clearly state the recurring amount and billing interval. You may cancel at any time by e-mailing camisdr4@gmail.com; cancellation stops all future charges and access remains active until the end of the period already paid. 6. Delivery and access

All products are delivered electronically, usually within minutes of payment approval and in any case within 24 hours. See our Digital Delivery Policy. If you do not receive access, check your spam folder and contact camisdr4@gmail.com.

7. Refunds

Every product is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, by e-mailing camisdr4@gmail.com. Full conditions are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve refund requests quickly.

8. License and acceptable use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• share your access with third parties, or resell, redistribute, copy or publicly publish our content;
• use the products in any way that violates applicable law;
• attempt to bypass security features, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt our websites and applications.

We may suspend access in case of a clear breach of these rules, such as mass sharing of paid content.

9. Intellectual property

All content, texts, audio, designs, software, names and logos made available by Camis SaaS are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described above.

10. Third-party services

Our products rely on third-party services (such as Stripe for payments, and hosting and e-mail providers). Their use is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer protection laws applicable to you.

12. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), with the courts of the consumer’s domicile having jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at camisdr4@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, you keep the protections and the right to bring claims before the courts of your place of residence provided by those laws.

14. Promotions

Discounts, coupons or promotional prices are valid only for the period and conditions stated in the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
